All black everythanggg.... including ombre. Originally I meant to do a wintery gothic look whilst trying out black ombre for the first time but it never happened. Much as I liked the contrast of blonde to black the dye literally covered myself, my surroundings and my home in a black oblivion of chalk. I looked like a God. Damn. Chimney. Sweep. In a frenzied panic I washed my hair ten times straight just to dissolve the dip dye! My natural hair colour is a dark brown but since I went blonde at 19 I've never looked back, so it was quite a sharp shock to see the ends of my hair all jet black drastic! Does anyone else admire how Boohoo babe it up come summertime? This stripy crop is such a staple and the ying yang choker went perfectly against it. Andddd I've got the same maxi in orange and purple. You saw the orange here. This season I'm crushing on anything 90s inspired; loving all the cute crochet crops, sunflower dresses and beaded chokers out there right about now. The boho/hippy/gorgeous summery feel good festival auras are obviously here to stay, hey?


And on a televisual note how good is it to have BGT back? Who are you loving this year?

    Trying to comment again ;p I looove this outfit, mainly because black and white are two colours that can never get old! I can imagine the black colour being a big shock for you! I also can't imagine you having brown hair, the blonde suits you so much! That lip colour really brightens up your face too ^_^
    I'm not really one to watch BGT. I don't think I've watched it for a few years now but it's always nice to see a cute animal on there haha. Maybe I'll try to get into it again but it just can't beat X Factor for me :P

      Can't tell you how happy that makes me; I really hated my dark hair! Naw thanks so much Yaz, you're so right about black and white. The colour classics! So happy you love the look!     This is such a cute outfit, I love the cut out shoulders in this top. I actually would be too scared to get black anywhere near my blonde hair and it's not even as light as yours! The ombre does look lovely though.

    When you mentioned about looking like a chimney sweep I just had this picture of you in that scene from Mary Poppins where all the Chimney sweeps are dancing on the roof! hehe ... do you know what I'm talking about? Ahh I love that movie - haven't seen it in so long though!

    Anyway - this is an awesome outfit!! I think I already commented this on your instagram pic but I'll say it again - I love how the cut out detail on the shoulders shows off your gorgeous star tattoos so perfectly! (insert hear eyed emoji) and you're hair is looking super cool too (as always ;)

      Haha! Love that!!! :D :D I definitely know what you mean!!!! Haven't seen Mary Poppins for years, I do like some of it like the dancing creatures and the kite part at the end but hate the bit where all those people start laughing and end up on the ceiling, and the part depresses me when the boy sings about that coin! I get depressed too easily I think ;) :D You'll have to go watch it, see if you can spot me lol ^_^

    I love the black and white stripes, they match your hair just right! The black dip dye is so cool! Love it!! I can understand being a little freaked out about how dark it is!     Oh my gosh Sophie, is it possible for you to not completely slay a look?! Adore these 90s vibes with the choker and cut out shoulders, all in monochrome too (my one true love). Also had no idea you were a natural brunette, blonde looks so good on you, especially with the jet black tips. Regarding BGT loving a lot of the dance acts this year as well as that female magician - reminds me of back when I used to "impress" my relatives with card tricks :')
