Spring style: asos silver coat of dreams

My fashion blogger forecast usually casts out coats in favour of summer style but this silver metallic biker jacket from asos was too hard to resist. A badass babe of a coat that packs a stylish punch, I was hypnotised at first sight and snapped it straight up back in November. Spring style in the UK calls for a coat and I love how stunningly eye-catching the coat is whilst being wearable for everyday style.  The glittery goddess mermaid jeans of dreams had to be drenched out of the dazzling waters of my wardrobe for a re-appearance and my glittering crop top glimmered away merrily on the beach. The rainbow bag was a colourful blast of bliss, another slay to the Skinnydip London bag brigade.

Whilst we're on the subject of style, does anyone else seem to shop solely at asos these days? Bar Skinnydip London and Pretty Little Thing (oh and Missguided), I seem to do an online trolley dash around the asos aisles and not need to venture to any other fashion brands since they stock everything a girl could wish for on their site. Are there any fabulous festival online stores you're loving at the moment? Despite being glued to good old asos, I'm always up for sassier style shopping suggestions.

Hooray for British Summertime! One of my favourite things to do now it's warmer is to sit out in the garden at night. There's something so peaceful and soothing about watching the planes flying overhead, the stars dazzling in the sky and the smell of flowers and grass. It makes me feel better and more reassured about everything, somehow. It's still a little cold, but with a cup of tea and the promise of a good book propped up by the beach chairs it's worth the defrosting afterwards.

Hopefully with the clocks forward, summer solstice can finally commence. Wouldn't that just be a Midsummer Night's Dream...

What spring styles are you coveting this season?
Do you love ASOS as much as me?

  5. These beach huts kill me, such a gorgeous and colourful pastel-infused location! You know it's a sparkly jacket when you're seen ditching your trademark summer styling to wear it! You really do sequins and sparkle like no other Sophie, you're like a ray of sunshine :) Hope you have a fabulous long weekend babe!!

  10. In absolute awe of this outfit as I am with every look styled by you Sophie! I can only imagine how beautifully the sequins dazzled in the sunlight, not to mention the likeness of the sea blue tones to the ocean itself. The space age biker is the perfect accessory, with a futuristic shine to keep away the dull days. And with that bag, it's hard to imagine any days would ever be dull again!

  11. I honestly don't get the cut-outs on jeans (at least not this big), but I have to admit these look good! I mean, I'm a sucker for anything glitter so of course I'll like them. I love it how totally over the top this is, but I can actually see it as a wearable outfit haha
also, I keep hearing of ASOS but we don't have it here so no, I'm not buying there haha
